Merchandise Coordinator


The Merchandise Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of merchandise for product photography.


  • Responsible for receiving merchandise into the studio, including providing an accurate product count, verifying that the correct product was received, inspecting for damages and missing items
  • Organize merchandise upon receipt, ensuring that proper protocol is adhered to
  • Data entry into the merchandise tracking database
  • Responsible for prioritizing merchandise through the Studio based on various factors
  • Communicate any issues in a timely manner to the Producer
  • Have a thorough understanding of all systems and workflows
  • Prepare products for Photography
  • Provide styling and prepping assistance during photo shoots for fashion and still life photography when necessary
  • Responsible for preparing the merchandise for return, including disassembling and repackaging, inspecting for damages and missing items and reattaching vendor tags
  • Assist on other Production tasks as needed


  • 2 years at an accredited University
  • Detail oriented, organized, able to manage multiple projects
  • Reliable with the ability to adapt to changing conditions
  • Ability to work under pressure in deadline-driven environment
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize/multi-task and follow projects through to completion
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
