    Business Development Coordinator

     

    The Business Development Coordinator will play a key role assisting in the overall success of new business initiatives for CreativeDrive by centrally facilitating routine market research, prospecting and outreach functions as a means to support the growth of the company 

    Responsibilities

    • Prospecting; fundamental research, coordination, prospect list management, and basic outreach
    • Gather market and customer information regarding potential clients from sources including internal and external leads, website hits, and specific third-party news hubs
    • Organize, maintain and updating contact information in prospecting database
    • Take part in cold calling/emailing to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
    • Respond to general sales email inquiries as needed
    • Coordinate meetings and appointments for sales team
    • Send notes/gifts to follow up to clients (often times in person)
    • Attend various industry networking events, parties and tradeshows

    Qualifications

    • Two-year degree or higher, preferably with a focus in marketing, advertising, communications or related field
    • Knowledge and/or previous experience in the content production space highly preferred
    • Previous experience gained working within a creative environment; advertising/marketing agency, production studio, in-house creative department, etc.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
    • Strong social and problem-solving skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a fast-paced and pressured team environment
