    Talent Acquisition Manager


    The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for directing the recruitment function of the organization to further the bench strength CreativeDrive’s team of creators, makers and doers.  The position also partners with leadership to source, pipeline, and hire best-in-industry talent. 


    Focusing on collaboration, credibility and experiential interactions with candidates company leadership and contacts throughout the industry, this position is responsible for bringing both a practical and creative approach to managing the talent acquisition process and continuing the growth of diverse skill sets across CreativeDrive.


    Talent Acquisition Management:


    • Plan, develop, implement, direct and constantly re-evaluate the organization's talent acquisition function and performance based on CreativeDrive’s staffing needs
    • Develop goals, strategies, and objectives for the talent acquisition team, keeping in sync with company vision, mission and values
    • Own and be accountability for the talent acquisition team and process as well as all third parties that are engaged with for recruitment purposes
    • Partner with the Talent Experience (HR) Team, leadership and staff base to develop and catalogue job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and necessary skill sets that represent the creative nature of the business and support the overall employer brand
    • Develop innovative and non-traditional, out-of-the-box ideas, talent acquisition programs and initiatives to attract best-in-industry talent
    • Ensure the talent acquisition team creates an environment of excitement for all applicants and job candidates, promoting the brand, vision/mission/values and representing CreativeDrive as a progressive, trail blazing force in the marketing services industry

    Day-to-Day Recruitment:


    • Source, interview and refer the best creators, makers and doers to the company
    • Develop sourcing plans for complex talent needs and high level positions with a focus on pro-active recruiting
    • Identify appropriate and effective external sources for candidates
    • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
    • Write and place enticing job postings, consulting with hiring managers to ensure postings are clear, concise and targeting the correct applicants
    • Conduct searches for both active and passive candidates via both traditional and social networking
    • Develop and maintain contacts with schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants
    • Coordinate talent acquisition team attendance at key job fairs and portfolio reviews
    • Partner with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates when appropriate
    • Manage the internal application process and interview internal applicants
    • Maintain the applicant tracking system to ensure up to date and detailed candidate information is always on hand


    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Advertising or equivalent experience.
    • 5+ years recruitment experience with at least 2 years in a fast-paced creative environment (advertising, marketing, production industry) with a management role directing staff.
    • Knowledge of Human Resource laws and regulations as they apply to recruitment
    • Must have strong consultative, influencing and strategic thinking ability
    • Strong project management, communication, relationship building and presentation skills
    • Excellent interviewing and fact finding skills
    • Flexible collaborator with the ability to think and act quickly in a constantly changing environment
    • Strong judgment and decision making skills
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to interact with people at all levels and develop strong relationships and partnerships
    • Ability to succeed in both a self-directed and/or team environment
    • Previous experience with applicant tracking tools
    • Hands-on management style with a strategic approach to recruitment needs
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
