    Jr. Photographer


    The Jr. Photographer is responsible for supporting the production workflow for assigned client(s), either under direct supervision of the Photographer, or working independently on tasks. This role is responsible for fulfilling any responsibilities necessary for the success of the production, including assistance by taking charge in other roles such as camera operator, stylist, styling assistant, merchandise coordinator, or studio maintenance and upkeep.


    • Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the creative output, ensuring client’s style guide standards are being met
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of all systems and workflows
    • Prepping/Ripping photo sets according to pre-determined lighting diagrams
    • Prepping merchandise and styling merchandise on set according to pre-determined styling guides
    • Capturing the image of the products on set, then reviewing the final captured image to make sure lighting or styling is not off, elevating it to the stylist or lead operator to adjust
    • Utilize internal processes to save images to our database
    • Removing any styling implements before merchandise is returned to client
    • Unpacking incoming merchandise, checking in/out merchandise and packing up and returning back to client
    • Communicate regularly with the team to ensure daily priorities are met, learnings are shared, and requirements are exceeded
    • Perform other duties as requested by Production Manager


    • 2 year College Degree at an accredited University
    • Reliable with the ability to adapt to changing conditions
    • Ability to work under pressure in deadline-driven environment
    • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritize/multi-task and follow projects through to completion
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Experience in the Photography industry is a must
    • Knowledge of studio lighting and camera equipment
    • Team player
    • Excellent people skills
